CertFlow is an all-in-one compliance, inspection and asset-management platform for UK inspection and certification firms. It replaces the spreadsheets, paper certificates and scattered folders that most height-safety records still live in with one structured system — built around the standards we work to every day: LOLER thorough examination, BS 7883 for the installation and inspection of structural anchors, and BS EN 795 anchor devices.

Recurring schedules track every 12-month recertification — and the six-monthly cycle for davit, abseil and other higher-consequence systems — so a client certificate never lapses without warning.

The mobile app runs fully offline, so engineers capture results, photos and signatures on rooftops and plant decks with no connectivity, and everything syncs the moment they are back in range.
