For over 20 years, I immersed myself in the world of cranes and height engineering, honing my skills and expertise. My journey began with one of the leading UK lifting and equipment inspection companies, where I had the privilege of managing multiple teams and overseeing significant projects. During this time, my confidence grew, and I amassed a wealth of experience that I believed would serve me well throughout my career.
However, life took an unexpected turn when I was made redundant.This sudden change made me realize the fragility of employment and the importance of having a plan B. Despite this setback, I saw an opportunity. With the best training, extensive contacts, and a solid foundation in both engineering and management, I knew I had what it took to start anew.
